hello
i have logiq 200 this system do not go on , just appear loqiq 200 on screen and do not complete starting , i hope anybody can help me

Hi! Is it an Alpha or a Pro system? Check for external voltage leakage interference, such as VCR, image capture, or even the B/W video printer (unplug all external devices). Check grounding conditions. Check internal MST battery. Hope this helps, God Bless. MAC.

Alfredo, Hi!
I can't say for sure, but I suspect MST is defective.
I had one case of a L200's failing boot (exactly like yours), battery was replaced, but nothing happened.
I tested another MST and equipment worked fine.
What happen is, here, the MST will cost the value for the whole equipment.
Neither VET doctors want to invest in L200, anymore.
Another thing I suspect, L200 stops working because is, somehow, expired for good, and there's no way to recover it or update it. There's nothing regarding RS-232 communication to reset it at the manual.

Greetings. When you change the internal battery the unit loses its configuration and date. I have the procedure to reload a Logiq 400 & 500. I do not know if they have the same procedure but I can send the one I have if you would like. Send me your email and I will send you the information, Best regards, Ron.

hi;
Try to reset system by bouton reset in MST B;
if not, SWD1 on 1 to on and power on the system it'l retourne config syst to the factory syst.

I did it and it works but the date restarts at 1997 and I need go day by day to update the date until the actual date
and The Cine Loop feature now is not available when it was before do you know how to enable the feature
